Milo Dinosaur — Singaporean iced Milo drink with chocolate-malt crown
Milo Dinosaur is a Singaporean street-stall iced drink: a tall glass of iced Milo (the Australian chocolate-malt drink) topped with a heaping mound of additional dry Milo powder that you eat with a spoon as you drink. It is sold from kopitiams and hawker stalls.
i. Origin & history
Milo Dinosaur was reputedly created in 1996 at the Al-Ameen Eating House on Adam Road in Singapore. The "dinosaur" descriptor refers to the imposing mound of dry Milo. Milo Godzilla is the variation with ice cream on top.
