- 200 g marshmallow fluff
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 60 g unsalted butter
iii. Method
- Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter; press into a 22 cm tin. Chill.
- Bloom gelatin in cold water; melt over hot water.
- Whip cream with icing sugar and vanilla to soft peaks. Fold in marshmallow fluff and melted gelatin.
- Pour over biscuit base; smooth. Chill 4 hours.
- Melt chocolate and butter; pour over the chilled marshmallow layer. Chill to set.
